1. Who provides MacCam
MacCam and maccam.app are provided by Holler Ventures GmbH, Stampfenbachstrasse 70, 8006 Zürich, Switzerland (“we”). By downloading or using MacCam you accept these terms.
2. The app
MacCam is free to download and use. You may install it on your own Macs. You may not sell it, redistribute modified copies, or bypass its license or update checks.
3. Lifetime Pro license
The first 100,000 people who confirm their email address get a free lifetime Pro license. It is personal and not transferable, works on up to three Macs at a time, and covers all Pro features of MacCam for as long as we offer MacCam. Pro features are announced as “in the works”: there is no claim to a specific feature or release date. We may block a license that is shared, resold, farmed with several addresses or used with a tampered app.
4. Your photos and videos
Everything you capture belongs to you and stays on your Mac. We have no access to it.
5. Changes and availability
We may improve, change or remove features and release updates. We aim to keep MacCam running but cannot guarantee that it is always available or free of errors.
6. Warranty and liability
MacCam is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude any warranty and are liable only for intent and gross negligence. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Privacy
How we handle data is described in our privacy policy at maccam.app/privacy.
8. Law and venue
Swiss law applies. Venue is Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory law gives you the right to sue at your place of residence. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies.
